Welcome. I’m a massage therapist who found this work through my own healing journey.

Years ago, I lived with constant stress and a painful condition - “frozen shoulder.” For more than a decade, I tried everything—cortisone shots, medications, different treatments—but the relief was always temporary. One day, a therapeutic shoulder massage changed everything. The pain eased, my body began to open again, and I realized something profound: healing can be natural, and it begins with listening.

That experience led me to study massage therapy at Southeastern Institute of Charlotte, and later to explore herbalism and other natural ways of supporting the body’s balance. Through that path, I discovered how deeply connected stress and pain can be—and how touch can help restore harmony between body, mind, and spirit.

Each session I give is an opportunity to share that discovery. Seeing someone leave lighter, freer, and more at ease reminds me why I chose this work. My goal is always to offer not just relief, but a moment of peace—an experience that helps you reconnect with yourself.
