As far back as I can remember, I have had only one goal:  to help others feel better.  I first learned how to do basic massage when I was 8 years old.

     For over 20 years I have been helping my clients with my specialized style of Deep Tissue massage."

      After graduating from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy, I went on to shadow with an elite massage therapist for 10 years, learning how to treat migraines, sciatica, shoulder tension, pinched nerves, and the like effectively.  During that time I developed a unique style of massage, or "touch", that is all my own:  targeted, aggressive, and yet rhythmic. 

     My techniques are attuned to the textures and densities of the different muscles and tissues.  I am also known for my intensive cervical work that releases chronic tension.
